About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Website Manager to join our Marketing team. You will oversee and optimise the Healthxchange and Skinstation websites to enhance user experience, drive business growth, ensure all promotions are managed effectively and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase conversion rates and average order values both direct ecommerce sales B2B and B2C and to drive and capture leads for our field sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Healthxchange and Skinstation websites.
- Ensure both websites are up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and content.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and specifically the Content Executive to create and update engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Work with the SEO agency to ensure content is optimised for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order values on group websites.
- Manage and optimize the customer journey from landing pages to checkout.
- Work with developers to manage website architecture, ensuring both sites are scalable, secure, and meet industry standards.
- Oversee the integration of third-party tools and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Use web analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve website performance.
- Ensure a seamless and positive user experience across all websites.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Influence and inform website redesign and development projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Ensure both websites comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect customer data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., Magento or Shopify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders
- Experience in informing website redesign and development projects.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Understanding of the aesthetics and skincare industry is desirable.
