Our Recruitment Process

  • Thank you so much for your interest in joining our team! 

    You should have received an email confirming that we have received your application. A member of our Talent team will review your application. This process usually takes about one to two weeks. 

    If successful at this stage, you will receive an invite to a screening call which is usually with a member of our People team via phone. 

    If you are successful at the screening stage, there may be 2 additional interviews - depending on the role, this may be via a Teams call or in-person meeting. 

    Some roles require additional assessments which tend to be more technical - this could be a request to prepare a presentation ahead of the interview and present to the team or providing work samples, all depending on the role! 

    We always aim to provide detailed feedback to our candidates at every stage of the process, whether successful or not. A decision regarding the status of your application could take up to two weeks, depending on the volume of applicants we receive - however, a team member will keep you updated at all times.

  • Interviews can be nerve-wrecking, but at Healthxchange we want to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout our interview process. Therefore, here are a few tips on how to prepare for your upcoming interview with us. 

    Research, research, research! 

    It's wonderful to see candidates showing a genuine interest in working with us. Before your interview, ensure you have a solid understanding of the role and job description you're applying for, as well as who Healthxchange is. Focus on the big picture—demonstrate that you grasp what we do and what sets us apart, rather than getting bogged down in the finer details.

    Review your resume! 

    Ahead of your interview, ensure you're well versed in your CV. Be ready to discuss everything that you've put on there - from previous roles, qualifications, accomplishments and skills you've listed. 

    Be prepared to be yourself!
