Devices

The Devices Team manages our Healthxchange Medical Devices portfolio, providing cutting-edge, clinically proven technologies that empower practitioners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
#DAYINTHELIFE
As this is a field-based role, you will spend a significant amount of time traveling. Typically, the schedule involves three days on the road and two days working from home. Since you will be managing your own territory, strong diary management skills are essential to balance time spent on growth and relationship-building.
Our Business Development Executives and Manager roles combine new business development with account management, requiring you to establish and nurture relationships with clinics, spas, salons, and similar businesses.
Additionally, you will attend key events in the aesthetics industry where Healthxchange is represented.

I've been working for Healthxchange for over 2.5 years now and when joining I was apprehensive about leaving a previous company I had been with for over 7 years. However the team were very welcoming and I settled in straight away. In the sales team everyone supports each other and it's great to learn off such experienced individuals. At HXC I've also found that there was opportunity to grow and develop personally with support of management which has led to further career development, having recently moved into a new more senior role at HEX I'm delighted to have a new challenge to sink my teeth into.
As I approach my third year at Healthxchange, I couldn't be more excited about the journey so far! Over these past years, I’ve gained invaluable insights into an industry I’m deeply passionate about. The highlight of my role has been working on business development alongside my accounts and supporting them in achieving their goals. Since joining Healthxchange as a device BDM it has been an on-going learning journey. Having the exposure to learn about the different channels and offerings of the business has allowed me to broaden my industry expertise and progress internally to a Regional Lead position within the first twelve months of joining the business which is testament to the opportunities and staff development at Healthxchange.

Pre-boarding

Whenever possible, you'll have the opportunity to meet a team member to gain insights into daily responsibilities and team dynamics.
Before your start date, we'll provide all the essential information, and our People Team will be available to support you, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

Onboarding
Our onboarding process isn't a one-size-fits-all—it’s tailored to align with your skills and experience. For sales roles, onboarding typically spans about three months and includes a blend of in-person and online training through our Academies.
You’ll be paired with a buddy for field shadowing, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights before venturing out independently. Regular check-ins with your manager will help set and review goals, address any challenges, and close any knowledge gaps early on, ensuring you're supported every step of the way.

Screening call
A member of our People team will invite you to an initial screening call.
Hiring Manager Interview
Next, you’ll have a 30-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager, usually held via Teams.
Technical Interview
This stage involves a more thorough technical interview, where you will be required to prepare a small presentation.
Final Interview
Lastly, you’ll have a brief chat with a member of our Exec team—an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our Company!
