Commercial Administrator – Temp (3 months FTC)
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Location: London office
About the Role:
As the Commercial Administrator, you are responsible for working closely with suppliers to ensure our systems are accurate and kept up to date. As well as this you will ensure the sales, procurement and marketing teams have all the product information required to deliver their part in respective processes. Accuracy and ‘right first time’ information is your focus.

We currently supply over 9,000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare, Injectables, Energy-based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing the correct information from suppliers and then checking it to enable efficient setting up of new lines.
• The majority of your time will be on skincare brands (Obagi, Jane Iredale, Jan Marini, Medik8, Dr Levy & Epicutis) and our key injectables contracts.
• Maintain regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will build strong relationships with the relevant people in the supply base, working in a collaborative manner to source the information required & ensuring the relevant information is cascaded to cross-functional teams
• You will work with the sales and education teams to answer their queries on live stock updates, launch plans and promotional activation.
• You will work closely with marketing, ensuring they have all required information for their products and upcoming product launches i.e. stock arrival dates, pricing and promotions
• Working alongside the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and category managers you will understand the promotional activation plans and pull together the line level detail to efficiently brief the tech and marketing teams on promotional implementation.
• On each promotional change-over or launch date you will check online to ensure everything has gone live in line with plans.
• There will be an opportunity to develop your skills on strategic thinking through input into the plans for energy-based devices.
• From time to time, there may also be opportunity to work with marketing to support some ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience.
