Reports to: Director, Healthxchange Ireland Limited
Location: Calmount Business Park, Dublin 12. Office-based, 5 days on site.
Hours per week: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm on site
Package: €60,000 - €70,000 plus annual discretionary bonus
About the role:
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business and sales growth activities. We are seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Operations Manager to work as the principal support to the Director.
This role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-departmental activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the business. The person will manage a team of CSE Customer Services Executives and working as the bridge between the Director and the wider team.
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support a growing team of customer service executives.
Act as the main liaison between the Director and team, ensuring communication and priorities are clear.
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Maintain compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements to uphold the company’s wholesale license.
Monitor workload, processes, and team performance to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
Take ownership of key operational projects and manage them through to successful completion.
Support the Director in managing ongoing business needs and company initiatives.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment focused on teamwork and accountability.
Ensure consistently high standards of service delivery and professional conduct in all areas of operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in management or assistant management, ideally within aesthetic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wholesale sectors.
Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) principles and compliance management.
Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and time management ability.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to operational detail.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
