Business Development Manager (Medical Aesthetic Devices)
Reports to: Head of Sales
Territory: Field based, looking after the whole of Ireland
Compensation: Competitive salary + car allowance + commission structure

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients across the devices portfolio (UltraLUX Pro, MediLUX, InShape, Diamond Glow and Observ). Your purpose is to grow revenue, manage client relationships and expand market presence within your territory across the devices function.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and identify tailored solutions.
Be available and able in Handling objections and resolving any issues.
Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalising on inbound leads and outbound opportunities.
Utilise contemporary sales techniques, by owning the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing.
Forge and nurture robust partnerships that contribute to brand expansion.
Collaborate closely with partners to maximise mutual success and achieve shared objectives.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of current sales methodologies.
Leverage your knowledge of different personalities to enhance our competitive advantage.
Achieve set sales targets for devices and deliver against monthly KPIs.
Conduct presentations of our product portfolio via Zoom and in person.
Mapping out and prioritising key accounts in your area.
Plan and execute events to support the educational needs of your area and prospects.
Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, industry advancements, and emerging opportunities in the medical aesthetic market.
Share feedback cross departmentally for collaboration across our 3 pillars.
Proactively identify business opportunities to accelerate device sales growth into untapped areas or markets.
Develop strategic plans for long term growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales specifically capital equipment and new client relationship management.
Strong sales acumen with demonstrated consultative selling techniques and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and adapt to various personalities for effective communication.
Strong time and pipeline management skills to be able to move deals along in good time.
Exceptional strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
